Become a charity partner

Since our first race in 2008, runners of the Royal Parks Half Marathon, presented by Royal Bank of Canada, have raised nearly £65 million for more than 1200 UK-based charities.

The stunning course, festival atmosphere and environmentally conscious approach all make it a fantastic day out for supporters as well as runners.

Charity partners receive expert support with marketing and recruitment from the Royal Parks Half team whether you purchase one place or five hundred, making sure the race is open to all charities, no matter the size or budget.

The average fundraiser on JustGiving raised over £870 for their chosen charity in 2023

How to become a charity partner

All charity places in the Royal Parks Half Marathon cost £148 each (VAT exempt and excluding the £4.95 admin fee). You can pay for your places on card or via invoice.

Our 2024 Golden Oak, Silver Birch and Copper Beech charities have now been selected after an application process.

Elm and Sapling charity places are available to purchase. You can purchase as few as 1 place and a maximum of 99 in your initial purchase with the option of paying by card or via invoice. New for 2024, you'll be able to change your payment method for additional purchases later in the year so if you pay by card now, you can change to invoice if you need to buy more places.

Your initial purchase will determine if you are an Elm or a Sapling charity partner.

Please note that although you can purchase additional places throughout the year, your partner level will remain the same. For example, if you purchase 49 places initially and purchase 5 more later (bringing your total to 54), you will remain a Sapling.
