I would recommend any of the three training programmes devised; depending on your level if you are experienced I am sure you need no help from me!) Remember the importance of rest and to build in a stretching session or yoga in to your training as it’s important to retain flexibility. Treat yourself to a massage while training as well – especially as the race gets closer! Also don’t forget, whatever your level, to use your Nokia Speed Tracker to record your training and guide you.
