The Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 12 October 2008, encompassing the four Royal Parks of central London. Starting and finishing in Hyde Park, the run will wind its way through the stunning autumn landscapes of St. James's Park and The Green Park, as well as parts of Kensington Gardens which have never officially been raced through before!
Runners and spectators alike will be able to experience some magnificent close-up views of the capital's most iconic landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Wellington Arch, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, the Royal Albert Hall, the Albert Memorial and Marble Arch.
It promises to be one of the most enjoyable and memorable events in the running calendar and a perfect challenge for anyone who loves running.
